Malini Balakrishnan is a dynamic, transformational technology leader serving as Anza’s Chief Technology Officer. She leads the company’s technology and software solutions, drawing from strong cross-industry expertise in energy, distribution, and construction to deliver innovative, pragmatic technology-enabled solutions. Her background includes over 20 years in IT leadership and change management at companies that were at critical inflection points in their growth and needed technology to inform, enable, and accelerate their business transformations. Malini is creative, energetic, and leads from the intersection of people, process, and technology. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
